Escos may need to go - update
Gutted because I may need to sell the escos because we are putting in an offer on a bigger house. I have sat for hours trying to calculate if I would be able to afford to keep it - but the sums just dont add up. 
The ironic thing is that only in the last 3 months I have been happy with the setup of the car - after finally fitting strut braces with ahmed springs / konis / poly bushes & half decent brakes.
I know it makes sense to go for a bigger house but I know I will regret selling the car as it took me ages to find a decent one.

I have now put an offer in on the house we are interested in - I would imagine that this first offer will get turned down - I then have a further 10k we are prepared to offer. If I have to go all the way to the max we are prepared to pay for the house the escos will deffo have to go. - If this offer is accepted I may be able to keep it! 
& Mr Ripley the mortgage would already be part interest only, I think the misses would kill me if I arranged the majority of it to be interest only and kept the escos.

Here is a quick pic from last year. BTW if I do have to sell it I will become a "gold member" and advertise it properly on PF!

Gutted they did not accept so I have upped the stakes another 5K..... which would leave a slim chance of me keeping it.

booner999 - this is not a forsale post, I will advertise it properly if and when I have to sell it.
FPMS at K5SSY!! - believe it or not the couple that own the house are a pair of lesbos in their 50's! so I doubt we will see them any time soon on PF!
auralisRS - belive me if I can afford it I will keep the car (it just looks if I may be fighting a loosing battle!)
