I personally prefer the Motul Gear 300 75w90
100% synthetic, Competition-high performance.
But I am biased as I use the 300v competition oil too!!
and the RBF for my brake fluid.

front and rears use the same,
the gearbox has its own specific MT75 oil
the transfer (inc the centre diff) uses Dexron 3 oil,
**BUT**
using the dexron 3 and mt oil in the box and transfer does make it nopisey when its hot and it ralltes like a bag of bolts,
some tuners have found a mobil oilt hat they use (the same in both) that stops this, and keeps the gears changing nice,
IIRC, Stu has some used it as has Gaz@CPP in cheshire (when he was cossie powered before he wnt all evo on me )
