Where can you get these from or do you need to get yours painted??

Hello!!

My friend painted mine for me professionally with 2 pack and then laquered it .I did all the prep work though!!!.....i must say it was worth it!!!

What colour you going for??

its not the painting part its the finding a rocker cover to replace the one you have

i have been looking for a spare one for sale for ages so i can get it sprayed up and then swap it for the one on my engine ....

tell you what send me yours nick and i'll spray it put it on mine then spray yours and post it too you

I got a new 1 from GGR for about £70 ish IIRC

Yep ive seen them on ebay for about £75 brand new.

I want mine doing too but im not sure what colour to go for. I was thinking auralis, but it might not look that different, or maybe samco blue, or even satin black as that can look good too with all the carbon stuff.

Just take it off over the winter Nick, take it to any good sprayer, they will do it and it will be very robust and last years-I had mine done about 3 years ago and it's still lovely.

Adam, if you had an engine to put it on then yea ok

Mate when are you getting your car back?? Fancy driving down to Swindon so i can see if it feels fast enough.................then i might keep mine

Think i will have a look on Ebay and GGr, thanks Rocco and S1 rst. I think Auralis or black would look good on yours S1 rst

im currently having small turbo cam cover gaskets made, im going do the from about £20 delivered ! the gasket is made from oe spec material,

just sorting the tooling out, the gasket isnt for of £40 from ford as i have just brought to get the template

GIT , expecting the car in the next week-week half, had to change a couple of things unexpected . But if i get some spare time i may pop down mate ... will get pics of it as soon as its back



i have seen them on ebay but not for a good few months, as i have been looking..
