HORRIBLE . They look good for 3s - or until you drive the car .

I meant the fact that they will stay white for 3s, so only look good just after being cleaned and before you drive anywhere .

mike, would i need to change the springs to coilovers for this size of wheel? and would i be right saying that i would also need the adjustable TCA's as well to set up the geometry again?

John Savage, alot of people run on 8x18's with just a decent suspension set up - ie Koni's, and have no problem what so ever, but that would depend on your wheel choice and offset to ensure they clear the spring seat of the strut.

obviously if you were to invest in a 'decent' coilover setup this would eliminate that issue and improve the ride, and adding the adjustable TCA's will aid making the geometry as good as it can be - which is never a bad thing.

But dont be fooled into thinking you have got to buy those if you do decide to go the 18's route.

Cheers for the info mate, im already running koni's, Ahmed Bayjoo lowering springs and a Ahmed rear beam, i just dont want to get a set of wheels to find i will then have to buy coilovers to get them to fit. Did your wheels fit straight on with ordinary springs or did you go straight to coil overs?

Hi John,
With the ET15 that we use, there is ample clearance .

I would only fit the adjustable TCAs as you have spent a fortune on the rear end, so you might as well have the perfect set-up .
