Someones going to get a nice car Hope the sale goes well for you.
I know you've turned down offers for it before, but i think this time and at that price it's time to move on mate, good luck

OMG Dunc
I was hoping to get to come and see it before xmas to help with my preparation-just trying to find the time
That will be a hard car to lose mate-it would bring a tear to my eye if I had to sell it.

Good choice keeping the cossie mate.
Am i the only one that doesnt like the RS200? Ive never seen one close up, but i think there really ugly and just look cheap (although obviously not). Ok there fast, but as said above, for a road car they sound like a big no no.
Wouldnt mind thrashing one round a track though obviously.

It's a homologation special, what did you expect ? It was never designed for road use in mind . They need grabbing by the scruff of the neck and man-handling. The transmission also takes a lot of warming up, and there is a process you have to go through, which takes longer than 5 minutes, so judging it on a short drive isn't really ideal .
What version did you drive, as I loved the one that Harvey had (2.1 Evo), also been in a 1.9 Evo around the Ring (car was not particularly sorted, so was an "experience" . Trying to find one that has been properly set up takes some doing. To experience what a "good" one is like, you should see if you can persaude Will to take you out in his, as that seems well set up . What I mean is, don't judge all cars by the one you went out in .

Really glad you arent selling it Dunc. I am quite shocked at how people would consider getting rid of some mind boggling cars!!!
I recently said to Frosty on here "only sell it for a true dream car" luckily like you Dunc he didnt sell his...... I couldnt sell mine as it is my dream car!!!!
See you at the shows Dunc.
