Hi there. Im new to this site but, i have browsed on it for about six months. I own two nissan pulsars at the mo (long story) which i love, and speed wise are every thing i want. But, ive always had a thing for mk3 escorts. At the time i had a choice of a 16i or a gtir. Id just owned a mk3 xr3i but, it got stolen off my drive. So cause of how easy it was to steal, i chose the pulsar. When i sell one of my r's i think im gonna finally get an rs1600i. The only prob i have though is going to rs shows in my pulsars. I know its a free country and i will obvoiusly park in the public area but, would anybody mind me going to the rs owners day at santa pod on the 17th. Its just i dont want people being funny with me while im in the queue because im not in a ford.
I love my fords and this is the way i can get to see them now because they all seem to be wrapped in cotton wool now .

I would also love to see some more piccys of your rsi's as there is just not enough on the net for me to droole over.

I never wrapped mine up. Drove it every day. An I had the biggest smile all the time I was in it. If you want one, get one

Im glad to hear there are people that actually drive them. I will defo get one and I wont be embarrased to go now.

As for wrapping them up safe, i say never be afraid to use em mate i used my RS1600i day in day out until last september when the headgasket went, now the engines getting a rebuild

come along m8, i went to national daqy one year in a fiat punto van cuase the RS was off the road

come along, and come over and say hi, ask anyone around the 16i and they will know who i am
