Default New sills

What is a good price too ave 2 x sills done on mee GTi estate ?

Did you yours done? My GTi estate recently cost me £490 for the welding + £50 for a pair of full sills. This include some floorpan repairs and reconstructing new inner sills plus fabricating and repairing the rear section behind the bumper. Excellent quality work and finished in black primer for me to complete the cosmetics.

Add on £20 for some red spray paint and £50 for a Waxoyl kit and another tenner for stainless self-tappers, drill bits etc. and it all just keeps adding up

as stan mentions above sills and chassis rails on these cars are a killer and no cheap way round it you need to have it cut out and replaced with good metal so I would say £500 is about right
