i own a mk5 escort cabriolet 1.8 130ps xr3i, im having abit of trouble with the engine as i come to a stop the revs drop to idle then start dropping to almost stalling and rise back up and it repeats it until i either start moving again or it stalls, it starts up fine afterwards and runs fine for a while then will start doing the same again, any ideas would be helpful

have changed tp sensor (throttle position) no leaks on air intake pipes

problem now resolved it was the oxygen/lambda sensor
