Default Mk5 zetec turbo help

alrite lads just got a couple of questions about my zetec turbo project in a mk5 xr3i cosworth replica (on a tight budget)

Engine spec is;
2.1 with C20let pistons
HO inlet with 2.0 throttle body
custom injector rail with beige injectors
rs turbo manifold (drilled & tapped head)
RS turbo t3

looking for around 250ish bhp

Questions are...
what injectors would be best? ive found some rs turbo lightish blue ones that are claimed put out 345cc that are quite reasonably priced and would go straight in? i thought blue ones are as standard though?
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3593475.htm

My turbo needs rebuilding and i have been told that it will run out of puff at 200-220 anyway so which turbo would be better that can be picked up cheaply? or a upgraded compressor housing and turbine with a rebuild kit would be more cost effective? ive been told a cosworth turbo but if you put that on a rs turbo downpipe then the blower part of the compressor ends up pointing towards the engine so that could cause problems?

what intercooler could i use? had a look around and you can pick up some alloy front mounted ones that could go at the bottom of the radiator quite cheaply? also found some aftermarket alloy rs turbo intercoolers but would that fit onto a mk5 escort where it fits on the rs turbo? because down that the mk5's have got the washer bottle? but if i could get it there i could get some cold air feeds to it been the cosworth front bumper ive got quite a big grill at the bottom.

a gem on here is sorting the electrical megasquirt problems out for me so thats taken care of

any help is appreaceated and if people have got any parts that would suit up for sale that would help aswell

Have you got a exhaust system sorted yet? I've got 1 that was purchased for a project that never happened.

IIRC its a scorpion rst system adapted to fit a mk5

intercooler wise you have a few options, which all mainly include making it fit
