Default rs2000 van help

rs2000 engine in my mk6 van, engine loom all in and the mk5 rs2 fuse box.
got the rs2 dash loom (one that goes to clocks and fuse box) got that in, now the other bit of loom the one that goes to rear lights etc is the one im struggling with, im thinking of using the original van one, looks like i can except there is a blue plug that was plugged into the fuse box.
wire colours are
red/black
blue/purple
blue/black
orang/purple

but as iv now got the mk5 fuse box in theres no where for it to go.

so can i get use a different plug to connect it to the box or is it easier to use the rs2000 one and join the rear light part to the van rear lightss near were they go above the door?

but looked at that and the wires are different colours between the van ones and the rs2
