escort gti and rs2000 engine?????
will a rs2000 engine fit str8 into a escort gti without changing the wiring loom????? i.e. just swopping the ecu engine and box?

You'll need to change the engine bay loom as well as the ECU.
Then you need to change engine, mounts, gearbox and mounts, subframe, driveshafts, hubs and a few other bits too. Better to buy a complete car and swap everything over.
Or, with the price of them, just sell the GTI and buy an RS2000. Converted cars are worth sod all, so better to just buy the real deal, as it will be worth more at the end of it too
