1600i Back firing, and cutting out
alrite, just bought a 16i, love it to bits but having a few probs, will run fine the all of a sudden start back firing, an cut out and not restart ! any ideas

Sounds like an ignition fault, do you know anyone who you can borrow ignition parts off? best to swap one part at a time (coils, ecu, gearbox lead) to find the fault
