Injury!???

Default Injury!???

Right, I think ive slightly injured my right arm

symptoms.. my forearm feels strange..almost numb at times and ive lost all power / strength in it

I was curling 22kg and now can just about manage 12!


my left arm is fine and can still lift 22


what have I done!

Sounds like you've definately pulled something. Did you feel it go at the time? or has it crept up over night?

Has it swollen up or does it looked bruised?

I'd steer clear of any biceps or back traning for a few days and see how it goes. Next time you do them make sure you warm up thoroughly.

i felt it in the showers after Paul.. the warm water on it felt strange!

and it seems to be numb in the forearm, not the bicep

stwaaaange!


great... cardio for me then for the next few days!

It may pass Dave. Sometimes if you've over done it the old cramp and twinges come in early but the following days you are OK.

Just train legs, abs and cardio for a couple of days.

I use these days to go mad on stuff I've neglected, calves are always a good one.
