Ideal Weight.

according to "the charts" i should be about 9 stone for my height which makes me 12 stone overweight. ok i know i need to loose a coupla stone but i dont think these charts take into account muscle size and body build especially when you are into lifting etc. and i take my "ideal weight" with a pinch of salt.
however there are probably people on this board who could give a much better answer then me.
