After some advice please, I have just started going to the gym trying to bulk and build up, at the moment I am 6"2 and about 13 1/2stone 26 yeas old small build but with a beer belly.
I have started to have pro creatine every day to help recovery side of it but have been advised to get a protien drink of some sort, the stuff they sell at the gym is £25 and would last for about 2 weeks. I am after something that would do the job for about £30-35 and would last a month, purely for money reasons.

Yeah, if you look at the thing top right, it says to state flavour in your order notes

Just drop em an e-mail, very helpfull chap there will look after you im sure

Ordered sunday night, phone call from them to see what flavours i wanted 1st thing yesturday, and arrived this morning
