any whey protein drinks,,,that arent milkshakes
as above but can be mixed with orange or something else as i cant stand milkshakes but want to try them for a bit???
been doing the weight training & some running/stepper ork for a few months now but want to see if the whey proteins ect help me in the build/recover stage

ive had some blackcurrant drinks, the fella at the gym got em off a trader as a sample, werent too bad but ive drank better tbh

You can just try mixing whey with water instead of milk, ......but the only orange one I know of is by "Whey Gourmet" called creamy orangesicle.
Hope that helps.

I had some years ago that you mixed with water, i didnt know this until i got home and read the instructions. It was called 90+ or something like that, think it was nutrisport.

I currently use the nutrisport 90+ and mix with water. It still thickens up to a milkshake consistency if you put a load of powder in.
The maximuscle promax mixes very well with water.
