Default Cold symptoms and training

As above really guys im starting to get the classic sore throat
and runny nose but ive planned to have a good workout down
the gym tonight, plenty of chest and arm exercises etc.

But im not to sure if its a good idea to do this as feeling like
im coming down with some sort of bug.

Would it be a good idea to leave the training for abit till
it all clears up? any advice would be great.

Cheers matt.

Well, this all depends on how bad you feel mate at the end of the day,

1. If you feel that your workout will be of lesser quality then normal, I would personally rest.

2. If you feel you are coming down with something and feel fatigued and go to the gym you may be doing more harm than good.

But then everyone to there own, I would rest.

Why push yourself if you feel ill, especially as xmas is on it's way!

Thanks for the advice mate

Just done a very light workout tonight because i
did not fancy doing myself any harm.

Will probably have a rest now till after the New Year
and get stuck in again after that.

Cheers matt.
