Well done. Due to the late arrival of my weights and gym stuff I thought I would try eating clean and I lost 5lbs last week

Congratulations

I've passed the 1 1/2 stone mark now in 6 weeks.
People are starting to notice I've lost weight as well, which helps with the motivation.
Actually beginning to feel annoyed now if I miss a gym session if I have to work late or have a meeting to go to, something I didn't think would happen 2 months ago.
Put my going home clothes on again (work offshore) and after 2 weeks I had to do the belt up an extra notch compared to when I went offshore.
