Default result so far

Not much body fat left to go now ...then ill start a building programme to shape and size accordingly. .all in all feel loads better ..more energy don't ach like a old man no more and taste ..sight and hearing and skin quality are way better .. glad I got off the 8-12 export or stella can a night was doing it for 18 months solid ..due to divorce and being homeless for a while ..anyhow that's all in the past ..hope this motivates some as pictures did me ..in total I've dropped 39lb of fat and 11" off my waist .

I've still a long way to go ..but ill keep adding pics as I change .

Many thanks Mat.

Big difference mate so well done! Not easy shaping up and getting healthy! some folk just think its as easy as turning up to the gym and going on the treadmill! Takes good diet, focus and determination to not only lose the weight but to keep it up and make it part of your daily lifestyle.

If i didnt have the gym when im offshore i would hate to think what i would be like. My mind is fully focused on work and the gym on a daily basis so my month goes past fast

Keep it up pal

I remember you and your strict diet having your healthy meal and water while I was resting my brew on my gut in your kitchen haha!

Inspirational mate. Done very well indeed.

Now packet up some of
Your dedication and discipline and send it me please big man.

I'm on the wagon as off tomorrow! My diets been great past few weeks And no work booked for 2 weeks so kick start tomorrow water only and back to MMA as I'm as healthy as an RAF/Navy officer with a body to match

Well done mate if that's where you want to be but I think you would look better somewhere in between with a bit of training, I'm similar to your before pic. I used to train a lot, I went down to 11% body fat @13 to 13-5 stone and I'm 5"8 and I felt like I looked ill, I'm now just over 14 stone but not trained for 5 years and I'm fat to be honest, seeing your thread has hade my think but I still want some bulk, you seem to have lost that, what's your aim if you don't mind my asking?

I sacrificed alot of muscle when I stripped down ..my arms was 17" then went down to 14" now I'm back at 15.5" as I'm on a lean gain diet now ..in the last 8 weeks I've gained the 1.5" on the arms 2" on my chest and shaved another Inch of the waist ..28" waist

The shape makes my arms look bigger now anyway ..in currently at 14%body fat

Well done. I am pretty much the build (and a little bit) as you are in the before pic. I find it so fucking hard to just loose that excess bit of weight. I 6'8" and 19st which doesn't appear so bad, but that belly and face weight is a cunt. I can't cut out my ale, I know that for sure.
