Yes, thank you for your nice juice weight loss suggestion. I will add that to my juice list weight loss.
I can also share some juices recipes that I used for my detox and weight loss. Cleansing has a big part of it.
I tried this cucumber, lemon mint water recipes.
You will need:
2 liters of water
a teaspoon of ginger
one medium cucumber, sliced
one sliced lemon
10-12 spearmint leaves
To prepare:
Before going to bed, mix all ingredients in your pitcher, put it in the fridge and drink it during your next day.
Strawberry-watermelon recipes
You will need:
1 cup strawberries
2 cups watermelon, cubed
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
dash of course salt
filtered water
To prepare:
Muddle the strawberries and rosemary in a bowl. Add the muddled ingredients and the watermelon to a large pitcher. Pour water over the ingredients and stir. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, and enjoy!
One of the best ways to rid your body of harmful toxins is to drink detox water. Just 6 to 8 glasses every day will help to keep you hydrated and keep your vital organs in their best possible health.
