Any views on wheather there any gd and if so what's best ones to use

Shit Imo since the banning of dmaa, jump on the gear and you will get the best pump from a workout and results, save your money

Staying clean don't want to get on the gear been offered already , I'm using t5s at the moment

I use one now and again. Used one with DMAA before.
I sit on the fence if I'm honest, partly I feel like it's a bit of a placebo but after a day at work I definitely feel stronger. It feels like a good solid session rather than the last half being serious graft if that makes sense. For what they cost I have a tub in the house for those days I'm feeling low. To be fair though if I've had a few coffees I'm not short on energy.

Current one makes me spotty on my shoulders, chest and back if I use it for 3-4 consecutive days....not a pleasant side effect.
Ask your supplement store if they've any samples, mine normally just chuck a handful in the bag without me asking.

With proper nutrition you shouldn't need a pre work out .

I'll be honest I work out just as gd on them as I do off so don't think I'll be using them any more

personally believe in and use pre/intra/post workout supplements and find them very affective.
