Anyone recomend a decent treadmill?
After a treadmill for the spare room to do some fasted cardio in the mornings.
I will only be using it for brisk incline walking if it makes a difference and doesn't need to fold away as theres plenty space.
Thanks in advance.

How much are you looking to spend?
As they become expensive clothes hangers
I bought a reebok fusion a little while ago, they were going for half price @ £500 from argos, i paid £170 off ebay fairly local and collected.
Mine is in the garage, has auto incline etc so its pretty good.
On anything less than incline 3 it makes a fucking racket, banging with every step.
So far i ran 2 miles on it to try it (i dont run at all) and second time i used it i done half a mile and couldnt be fucked
Not used it since lol.
The wife goes out running regularly with her friend, so i bought it for both of us for when she couldnt go out. She has not used it all. Lol
So be warned, as i said - expensive clothes rails!
