Pre workout
What do people take. I just need a kick up the arse when first at the gym.
Couple of guys saying about caps or powder mixed with water.
Worth it?

Well a mate at the gym told me a guy he knows had some old Jack3d powder that was really good and now banned.
I tried a week of 1 scoop before training with a mild "buzz" and slight more get up and go.
So I tried 3 scoops. not good. it went in the bin the next morning! all night of all sorts of things going on in my own head. even wanting to write a note on my phone incase I didn't wake up!
Strong coffee before hand now. nothing more haha

Been training nearly 20 years never need a pre workout supplement?
Just a good diet and eat throughout the day. Try banana's and / or peanuts an hour or so before you train, also eats carbs at lunch.
