Default Snacks?

So, I hit my target weight a month ago, kept the diet steady since then, but now I'd like to cut the carbs and lean up a bit.

So after this weekend (big party), I'll be getting the diet in shape.

My biggest problem is breakfast, I don't mind porridge, though what can I have with it?

Also, between breakfast and lunch I tend to get hungry before lunch at work, so I've been racking my brains for what I could have to pick at.
What would you recommend? Nuts/seeds etc?

Ben.

I thought this thread would be about the chocolate coated shortbread

Porridge wise cinnamon and sultanas sorts that out a treat. I usually snack on fruit and or walnuts, brazils, pistachios and an occasional boiled egg.

Though I do like a bit of shortbread, I don't think that's the way to go

I'm allergic to cinnamon, so that doesn't help lol.
Are Walnuts the ones that look like little brains?

One a week won't hurt

Maybe nutmeg then? Or even cocoa powder? Chocolate porridge anyone? Yeah walnuts look like brains. They look a lot better perched atop a walnut whip, but that don't help either
