Been to the new gym in Stevenage
Well what can I say
Wow it's a seriously good gym for anyone from
Full on bodybuilding
Cardio workouts
Mma and fighting room
This gym is full of brand new hammer strength equipment and there is a full on restaurant for food straight after training
Chicken and rice meal deal comes with veg and protein drink of your choice for £4.50.
Anyone serious about the gym has to go and check it out.
