sups making me feel sick
I'm using mp hurricane http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/hurricane_xs
And recently it's started making me feel sick.
Last year I had about 3 big bags of the stuff in chocolate and although it wasn't nice I could drink it fine.
I had to have 8 months off training and I had bought some bags of toffee flavour and strawberry flavour before i had to give up, I've been taking the toffee for a couple of weeks now and I feel sick almost straight after drinking it.
I mix with water, have tried different amounts of water and find it better with more but still feel rough.
The strawberry is nowhere near as bad but I still don't feel great.
I take it at 11am and straight after i finish training at10pm twice a week
Any ideas why this makes me feels sick?
I thought about getting some flavoured and doing 1 scoop of each to reduce the flavour but dunno if that would help?
Can the powder go off?
I bought these 2 bags about 8months ago before I had to stop training and although I had opened them they stayed sealed for the whole time.
What can I do other than try something different?
These 2 bags cost me £70 so I don't really wanna bin them.

I know it’s not easy to throw £70 stuff in bin but if it is of no use and beneficial to your body then sometimes you have to do that. Try out some fruits and milk for protein intake.
