Default Insanity Training?

Alrite guys, so iv just *legally* got the whole Insanity set now.
Has anybody tried it? Anybody seen / felt improvements?

For those new to this its basically high cardio and plyometrics training on a DVD.

I did one session it was the back session and i was hurting for 2 days. Im not a small guy too, i do weights and stuff and i thought this wouldnt touch me. But the soreness felt so good.

I have got the insanity series, but havent dove into it seriously yet. I was pushing 22 stone, but at almost 6 foot 5 I wasnt a wobble slob, most of it was from the gym but I wanted to slim down a little before trying it properly. I bought some Oxylean fat burner pills and a big bag of Phd Diet Whey and dropped 2 stone in around 5 weeks, once I felt comfortable enough to try insanity I did the plyometric cardio circuit, number 2 and then tried the insane abs one, number 12 and found it to be great, its hard work and you get a proper sweat on!! You hurt, but in a good way.....I cant wait to start hitting it hard, got some friends who used it and they are showing good results too!

Currently on Week 6 of this programme, have not missed a day yet, 6 days a week

Its hard and gets progressivly harder. To all those people who have completed it - hats off to you.

Day 1 - weighed in at 93kg
Day 21 - weighed in at 81kg

Definatley seem some awesome gains and a lot of fat loss. I intend to post some photos on day 60 - 4 1/2 weeks to go.

As long as you stick to it and keep a clean diet then it is impossible to fail.

Ive got the full set too.

Immense workout regime. Quite hard the first week or so. You can feel the results after a few weeks.

with the growing number of threads about where to download music or films from non licenced sites , anyone activly asking or showing other members of this site where they can be gained from will be dealt with in the appropriate manner.

this includes the use of torrent links, site names and other programmes that allow the illegal downloading or viewing of copyrighted material, pay per view events, or items that require a subscription to be paid,as well as including the work arounds for hacking or bypassing security on any forms of licenced material

With the growing numbers of totally pointless infractions please read the below reply from you on another thread...

I will complain about this infraction as it seems my reply had been there for a considerable time and you have just noticed it recently after you asked for a hooky copy of Office and were rumbled.

Please practice what you preach.

Dear sir..
Whilst I asked for the best place to indeed get a copy of Microsoft office, at no point was I looking for an illegal way of doing so.
I asked due to the fact I knew the student deals had been ceased by Microsoft if you read it as the wanting of said item without paying or to find an illegal copy that is obviously in a way that you think and possibly that is how you get any software/music etc you need.

Yes your comment had probably been there for a time but in what way does that make it any way less relevant ?
I'm sure if you broke the law and got away with it for 6 months then got caught would that comment make any difference ?

So how do you intend on aquiring a copy, legally, without paying?
Holy mother of contradiction.

That can be done but its better to avoid this because only who are good in that and do some tremonodus stuff when it comes to their gym routine they can go for intesne workout and it actually works for them in starting going for these sort of stuff can be bad.
