20 Inch Dumbell Handles/Bars?
Anyone seen these? To save weight and money, I was going to use like dumbbell bars which could take 5kg Olympic weight plates, if that makes sense? So I can have as little as possible transferable. Only because we've moved into the small bedroom so I can have a home gym.
Second question, how safe would squat stands be to put a barbell on for bench? They all claim they can be used with a bench, but how stable would it be? Also, to help take the load up stairs, I've been told to put chip board down to spread the weight? No idea if that would work though.
