Default MMA diet and mass gain suppliments?

Morning lads

ive not trained properly for 3 and a bit years and every weekend i promise to get back on it,

ive lost all my fat, next month i will be going MMA in chelmsford but want to buy all my shit this month.

clothing, bike, bags, the usual crap yeh

im a small lad of 5ft 3ish and when i was last fighting i was 13 stone/82kg ish
im not 10 stone......

never used powders before and want to buy something that is gonna bulk me up and just genaraly help me along the way, not a miracle cure!

food/diet
the usual pasta,rice,chicken etc, what say every 2 hours in small portions again or am i jumping the gun a bit?

owt else is appreciated, cheers lads.

I'm starting back this week too not trained for a year and I do miss it! I just eat healthy and drink loads off water! I need to get on the weights though as I all ways get put with big lads due to my size and they are soo strong!

Have you tried looking up a brand called BRAWL NUTRITION?
They make a line specifically for mma, i use some of their products when i train, along with creatine and maximuscle cyclone.
