Protein pancakes
A quick and tasty way to change up breakfast or I use them for a cheat meal with ice cream and butterscotch sauce.
6egg whites plus two yolks
Half a normal sized cup of oats
25g whey(I used choc cookies)
Small handfull raisins
Dash of semi skimmed milk
Whack in blender and till all lumps are out.
Heat frying pan till you see a bit of smoke from the oil.i use one cal spray.takes about 1 minute each side if that.i got 5 pancakes from the above mix and they look like I had bought them.
Going to try non flavoured whey tommorow and put blueberrys through it.Enjoy.

blueberries? you been watching man vs food lol.... sounds tasty ,, i never have blueberries or forget about them when i make pancakes.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Every sunday morning protein pancakes are my breakfast, chocolate whey with cinnamon sprinkled on.
My missus has a recipe for protein muffins with Casein icing, will let you guys know the results when shes made them.
