Default Loosing weight...

Hey lads, took alot to come on here and say this but i need some help as ive had enuff!

Ive been going to the gym for just over a year now and atm i weight 17.3 stone used to weight almost 19! however i cant shift any weight...i do weights and cardio, but i am quite large built even from a kid i have been. im only 20 but cant seem to make any substantial progress...my arms are big, mostly muscle and my legs are insanely well built but i suffer from evil love handles and a big gut, any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated

I go swimming twice a week, also eat a lot healthier now too.

I think for me its hard food wise as i do night shifts and as soon as i come off em im starving and head to maccy d's >.< cursed place!

the more exercise you do with the least carbs you intake the better

you will feel like killing your self on very low carbs though lol

dont get caught up in '' you have to do this and you have to do that''

keep it simple

but remember drinking and shite food will get you know where

and dont eat any bread what so ever
thats bad stuff
