140K press! Very impressive.

Got a new PB the other week on chest too but since then have had a niggle in my right shoulder so not trained it for a couple of weeks. Back to square one again I expect and have to build up. Strange as I can shoulder press on it, just no benching.

Will give it another go tonight though as its chest for me on a Tuesday.

been a long time coming,I see a lot of people with shoulder problem when benching, its seem to put a lot of strain on the front delts,it may depend where you push from above the nipple line or below it,I think if you take your arms too far back you are putting strain on the delts
Ive got dirty legsand calves tonight

Push from around the nipple area I think. Certainly not high up my chest. i do have big front delts so they certanly get hit from benching.

155 is my pb on a flat bench for 8

then took a year off the gym

now dont really go for the bigs weights
concentrate on 100% form now
just hover round the 100 mark

its all in the slow negative movement 4/5 secs down and same up
