Good start to year Pulled a muscle
Well thats been a good start to the year had just got the strenght back up after xmas and while doing Triceps on wedensday have manage to pull a muscle in my armpit. So now get a pain in there if i move the wrong way. Looks like it'll be a trip to the docs next week but no doubt only tell me to rest it anyway.

thats a shitter mate.. i thought i was going to be out of action yesterday in the gym when my knee gave way whilst squatting.. luckily the rack has the support frame so dropped the bar as i went down but luckily no damage was done.. felt like a right nob though..

Yeah rubbish being injured. Thats a week gone by and it is certinaly far better weird thing is it was sore right upto monday now it is far better can actually move it without it being sore. Hopefully a few more weeks and and it should be nearly there
