I bought some more after the last lot run out... have they changed it? Now when I make a shake, its sludgey, and no matter how much I shake it, still has little lumps in it..

I haven't bought any in a while but I've heard the same from others. Apparently though the quality of the raw ingredients has gone down and prices risen. May well affect all lower end protein suppliers although I haven't had any issues with Maxiraw yet.

I just shake it in.. although have a blender at home so may give that a try.

I'm currently using the unflavoured whey from my proteins with no problems at all bought it about a month ago.

I found the holland and barret stuff really hard to mix that went clumpy and sludgy for me.

holland and barret stuff is also cheap and contains crap protein and types the body finds hard to brake down

sorry bro wires crossed i think. Holland and barret is cheap shit, my protein, depending what sort u get is good quality at good prices.

imo the best stuff out there is LA Muscle. Its expensive but u get good results. For example there explosive creatine i put on 1stone in 2weeks, fair enough it was only water but it done the job. I also litteraly laughed my way through my p.b on the bench press. Their protein is amazing too.

Basicly if la muscle was a women i.d ruin it every night marry it spend my whole life with it pmsl
