Im hoping Phil takes it, jays huge but phil looks amazing. Also, jay has somet weird going on with his left bicep??! Can't see it been synthol or owt but certainly doesn't look right!

think jay peaked two years ago,just dont look right just now,theres a good few vids on youtube at the moment. phil heath clear winner, kia olso vastly improved on last year.........

I think Phil has it in the bag, and like you pointed out jays bicep is looking really strange.

Phil Heath has it based on last night. I like jay but agree he isn't on top this year.
As for his arm - could be SEO, all the pro's use it. The bad rep it gets is from the people who use it irresponsibly, so maybe jay has just fucked up when taking it, dunno. Or it could be something totally innocent.
