Default Creatine!

Anyone on here using it? And what product? I'm looking at stepping up from just protein so that's the next step.

Ben.

Creatine is probably the most useful training aid you can buy. Anyone who does regular exercise should use it. I just use My Proteins Creatine Mono.

Do you guys really rate it? Never used it but guys at my gym just said they got water retention from it and lost size when they came off it?

Mono can bloat you. I don't get this though. Ethel Easter like Stu above uses apparently doesn't do this.
