strongman to bodybuilding diet?

Default strongman to bodybuilding diet?

well after 3years training strongman and competing in 2 90kg comps iv decided to change to the dark side for more looks than mass, im still around the 14 stone, im completely changed my traing routines and happy as with my progress but just cant seem to find/follow a decent diet, any tips on snack and good slow release energy drinks/bars anyone had good feedback for ? any help much appreciated,

I guess it depends on your body makeup. 14 stone is not massive by either standards so if your not carrying too much fat then carry on as you were. Just ensure your protein levels are high. I should image the main difference between the two diets is carbs as bodybuilders hate fat. Aslong as protein is up and you control carbs you should be OK.

Most BB forums have diet sections and people that go into it very deeply as in counting out macros and measuring meals etc! How far do you want to go with it?
