Default Tendonitis...

I've been diagnosed with tendonitis. It's between the bicep and the shoulder. More so on the shoulder. I'm having physio to help, as it doesn't seem to want to go away. I can do everything still, but chest. I can do certain excersizes, but not many so I am still doing chest and working around it. Seems to be painful, mainly with flies and anything press.

My Doctor told me to stop training, but my physio wasn't for weeks when he said that, and I wasn't going weeks without training. I was going too, but everyone at the gym advised I worked around it. I'm hoping physio sorts it, but I wondered if anyone had any good things to help?

They strenthen the tendons bud if used with correct training, i.e low reps, low sets, heavy weight. Also they build up fluid around the main tendons thus reducing pain, so 2 things to help!!

I know a 22yr old girl who has done her tendon in her shoulder. She is a stripper and has to go on the pole and all that stuff so needs to be able to move well. She is using Anavar at the mo' and its really helping. We did try Winstrol but it did not help due to it not having the fluid retention that a lot of other AAS have.

I've been doing low weight and high reps, think this would be better. I'll change that then. Cheers.

You can take tablets according to what Paul says in PM. I had Acupuncture too and like you say the pain goes away, but it returned when I trained. My Doctor has reffered me to Physio which is tomorrow, but if it doesn't work I'll go with steroids myself. I've had it for what seems like forever, and it's like a big wall in your way.

I know what you mean I stopped weights for nearly 2 months trying to rest my arm, just did cardio, when i started back on the weights my strength which i had built up had gone, the pain is now back, not as bad and i can now grip,so it looks like i mat have a course of steroids to shake it and get my strength back in my arm
a few Pms need to sent to get some answers

The only thing that helps me when i get it is total rest. You just have to stop training till if goes away.

I use both

On a serious note I have found Dianabol (tablets) to be very effective for helping with tendonitis and Deca (injectable) to be effective aswell.

I cant use either of these on Helen (stripper friend) as they are both androgenic thus the reason to go for a more anabolic agent. Androgens and females dont get on!! Putting male hormones into a woman = bad!! Few girls I have known over the years have used heavy androgens, fuck me do they get aggressive!!

Ide in all honesty say you'de have to be insane to use steds to help tendonitis as its a short term help and as soon as steds are out of system due to you carrying on as normal or infact pushing your training further and heavier weights the problem would be double what it was before using steds to help in first place

I do understand using dbol and deca as they are the best for tendon help, more so deca, but the water retention straining the heart etc to cure a problem for 10 weeks imho is insane.

Go to a doc and get professional help

Steroids will strenthen the tendon. If a user has done a tendon and uses steroids then the tendon will become stronger and repair. So many guys at my gym use steroids for tendon injuries, in my 15 years of training I have used them a few times for tendons now.

Heavy weights strenthen tendons.....only 2-3 reps for 2 sets

Getting odema off Deca and Dianabol is dose related. 15mg of Dianabol wont cause odema but dosage wise will be enough to strenthen a tendon.

Yes i agree but as stated shutting nat test down etc for 10 weeks to cure tendons is insane alongside other related things such as water retention straining the heart, oral's ruining insides from stomach to liver, pct to raise nat test levels after usage can also cause side effects

Im not saying the steds dont work as they do BUT your using steds for help on 1 matter and opening yourself up to sooo many other dangers its just plain insane!!

Also 15mg dbol wouldt be an effective dosage as nat test levels in a man can run up to that level so why put steds in your sytem thats doing all said above damage to get no results? beats me also same with the deca 1 shot and your nat test is totally shut down regarless of dosage and ideally dosage would need to be atleast 300mg per week to actually see any benefit and ran for minimum 10 weeks

all imo obviously

Been and I'm back! She gave me different excersizes, climbing my hand up the wall. Tricep dips ( Kind of ) and other things. Going back in a week for some kind of tissue massage.

Of course she liked me... They all do. She was quite nice though, so I can see this lasting longer than expected. Cheers, I hope it works!

Sned, not too sure about your insane statement about not using steds for tendonitis.

I have recovered from a damaged rotator cuff. I have had physio and started strengthening it on my own. I damaged it a year ago so am over the worst.

A friend of mine suggested I take D-Bol in order to start my training again and help with the final recovery etc. This definately aided in the recuperation process, for tendon & ligament strength gains that enabled me to get back on track sooner compared to using just pysio alone

I starting on around 15mg a day and after a couple of weeks perhaps upping it to around 20-25mg a day max.

You won't suffer any horrific side effects from that low dosage as i had
my blood work done & liver enzymes, WCC,RCC all ok, nothing out of the ordinary.

What I can say is that it aided my recovery enabling me to get back on track quicker.. and when all said and done, this is what matters.

If you need any advice Benni drop me a PM

The bold bit is a bit of an understatement m8 and from sounds of things you were over 50% recovered through other therapy etc aswell so ofcoarse steds are gonna speed up the healing process by this point but you've also got to remember everyone acts diff from steds likes of i know guys who have got gyno from 20mg dbol per day! i can tolerate up to 80mg per day and no gyno,i can also run 150mg oxies per day on no gyno not even harsh sides running that high, worse with dbol at 40mg

As ive said already and i actually dont think anybody is getting my point here but why use steds to cure 1 problem when you could open up a can of worms with other problems.HRT for men is normally 250mg test every 2 weeks that equats to 17.85mg per day and thats the guys that are bad most guys only get a jab every 3/4 weeks so even if for talking sakes a doc gave you test shots for helping tendonitis you would be running much lower dosas than already stated AND recovery would be just as long as medics dont believe in straining other body parts to help 1 other body part i.e liver, heart

Also just to add if it was me personally having this trouble, although i have a major injury to my hand at moment,i wouldnt use steds just for recovery and ive got a load of test, tren, deca etc sitting here just dont see the logic behind using them to keep training then once cycle is finished im suffering twice as bad as before rather than recovering properly, thats also talking from previous experience aswell

Again all my 2 pence worth

I'm confused. Will steroids mask the problem, like a pain killer, or will they remove the damage? I wouldn't even consider them if all they did was mask the problem and it came back twice as worse. That seems like it's defeating the object.

Thank's for that, Richie. I'll PM you if I need any advice, but I am good for now.

Benni.

Depending on how bad the damage is,it could heal the problem in a 10 week cycle of injectables i.e deca and test, test needed so your winkie still works or if the damage is worse than first thought you would need to run cycle alot longer for the steds to take full effect

I know they would work but they will mask the problem until they have had enough time in your system to heal the problem properly so in essence masking the problem could lead to further problems from pushing yourself further and actually doing more damage.Plus the fact even doing dbol it will take atleast 1 week to get into system to be effective for the problem, running the injectable will need to be in system for 5 weeks test and 6 weeks deca so really if doing a 10 week cycle your body wont actually benefit until week 5 unless you then use dbol as a kickstart to cycle meaning 1 week before effects will be felt

Once cycle has finished you wont know for a further 3/4 weeks if its fixed the problem and by then your onto PCT to raise nat test levels back to normal as your test will shut down 1hr after a deca shot as its a 19nor compound so shuts down pretty damn fast and by then your too late to jump back on,or you could jump back on but then your doubling the risks you've already taken with your heart, liver, cholestorol levels, high blood pressure etc etc etc than when you frst started so basically in essence if you were to start a cycle of dbol, test and deca you would really need to be on cycle for minumum 20 weeks and take it from there really could end up on cycle for entire year trying to heal or could be 10,20,30 etc weeks its just a guessing game really

Hope you understand what im saying and meaning lol
