Default Just stopped drugs and want to bulk up.

Hello all just stopped smoking copious amounts weed and it has left me under weight and weak as a kitten where do i start need advice on foods and excersise.

dont it normaly make u fat cos of the munchies

just eat loads mate 3 big meals a day

lots of eggs and milk

weight gain powder can be used but its cheaper and easyer to just eat more

things like peanut butter,cheese, are good while ur bulking natural fats

join a gym and start weight training mate speak to people while u train its better to start leaner u will see more resualts

Try 6 meals a day (but not necessarily massive meals) and you'll be getting a bit closer, like you said though plenty of protein!
And get down the gym!

3 big meals will do fuk all if u want to bulk up
