Default atkins for meeeeee

woo ! gotta get some weight off and my old fella, tim are doing real good on it !

i wanna lose a stone or so, that would be nice

heres what ive eaten today !

breakfast - bacon, sausage and tomato

lunch - tuna mayo, salad, cheese, ham and cottage cheese

dinner - 2 proper chicken kievs and salad,

to be honest, i really like the food ! i dont normally eat salad or veg, but when theres loads of meat with it im fine lol

im going to go as long as possible and be as good as possible on it, ideally, before xmas, meet my goal !

now im 19 or more stone, so i dont think its too much of a problem as i should be alot less (according to the bmi shite but thats so unrealistic ! they expect me to be 14-15 stone iirc !!)

now for the bad bit, i have to cut out bread, im like a bread addict, so not good, my mum and bro sat eating garlic bread earlier, i had to leave

will keep updating with how im going and finding it anyway

JB is taller than your height and IIRC he is under13 stone.

RACING SNAKE

Good luck on the diet jimbo, other than the bread, it seems to be the worlds easiest diet to stick to.
Potato is banned as well isnt it? That would be the other killer for me.

I lost a stone in 10 days on the atkins. To be honest 10 days of hell, you wouldn,t want to do it any longer. The 2 week induction is the hardest.
What i could eat.

BACON
SAUSAGE
EGG(FRIED,OMMLETE,NOT SCRAMBLED)
TUNA
SALAD
CHICKEN/TURKEY
NO FRUIT
WATER

I had:

BREAKFAST:OMLETTE

DINNER:TUNA SALAD or CHICKEN,TURKEY

TEA:FRY UP

DRINKS:UNLIMITED WATER
Very strict the first 2 weeks but i only lasted 10 days due to boredom with food, moody and tired, also i did,nt shit for 5 days.
It gave me the kick start i needed and have lost a further stone with diet and exercise.
Atkins is a great way to loose weight quickly but not for a long term diet.
GOOD LUCK

today

brekky - sausage, bacon, tomato

lunch - chicken and sausage omlette with melted cheese on top mmmm lol

dinner - fresh sliced ham and turkey, hard boiled eggs, cheese salad and water
then went for a drive, ended up having double cheese burger, and gave my brother the bread roll also had a cup of cold water

the thing is with that is it dosnt train your body to eat the fat of your body atkins trains your body to eat the body fat as it doesnt have any sugar to eat and so it dosnt store the fat !

i think its something like that anyway

but when im fed up i might start another sort of diet yes, just to keep going but get an change of foods

tbh im getting fed up now but i wanna do a couple more weeks yet

you'll lose weight but it will be mainly water and muscle mass as your not taking in carbs for fuel.

it'll all go back on as soon as u stop, just do some exercise insted.

Nope it,s FAT his body is burning.Your muscles will be one of the last things to go along with your organs.Thats how anerexics die.He will only put it back on if he goes back to eating shit.If he eats healthy and execises he should be fine.ATKINS should only be a kick start not a long term plan.

try it mate.......2/3 days of nothing but protien, then one day of only carbs, dont go mad tho, massive bowls of pasta/rice, stir fry veg you know....lol
this really works.........

and if theres weight that dieting just wont shift then try a colonic irrigation kit...........

Jim, can you give me an idea on what you would eat for 7 days ? Seems the ideal thing to kick start me. Also the fry up's, do you grill them ?

urmm tbh your much better looking on the atkins website, they have a weekly plan on there,

my weekly plan would most probably be boring for you as i dont eat and of the veg your allowed to on atkins,

i normally have bacon sausage and tomatoes every morning, then a salad for lunch, then salad and chicken or steak for dinner,

the first week is pretty horrible as you feel hungry, but second week is good, i sometimes dont feel like eating at lunch now, but i know i have to so have a salad with chicken or similar !

but your honestly much better looking at the atkins site, its very good, has lists of any foods your allowed ect and has ideas for snacks and meals !

take a look

jim

Understand what your saing pal, But been on their site and can't see nothing for breakfast and hundreds of meals for other things. Sorry to seem lazy what i'm, Not just want to find out what people already on the diet eat, Without trawling through the 100's of recipies on there. Just want to know decent easy grub.

right, for breakfast, every morning cause i have it off the food van at work i have bacon tomatoes and sausage

lunch, normally some cold meats and salad, glass of water

dinner, normally a salad, with some chicken, ham, steak, things like that,

thats all i really have ! very boring !

as much meat as you want, drink plenty of water, lots of salad, veg, and thats about it !

if you drink alot of squash then read on the label how much carbohydate they have in, if its only 2g per 100ml then its ok, but others can be 20g per 100ml, best to stick to water otherwise

other than that i dont really know ! like i say, for evening food atkins site is good,

breakfast is easy, most blokes like egg bacon ect

ooh thats a point, you can have lots of egg, have omlettes, i have ham or chicken and cheese omlette which is lovely
