Men tend to hold most fat on their upper body (chest/belly).. it will be the last thing to go i guarentee it. Some people say you can't spot reduce fat. i.e. target an area to make leaner however it has been proven if you control insulin levels you can make one area less suceptible(sp) to hold fat but that is a science tbh.
Just a case of sticking at what you are doing and it will come off eventually.
Incline walking on a treadmill at a fast pace is a good way to do it.

no more Granada's for me
mate, if you have lost weight and now you have stalled a bit but still doing the same amount of exersize then i know your problem. when you start to get fitter by doing all this, you have to do more to burn calories. hence make your workout a bit more vigerous. think thats how you spell vigerous???
