Hi,

I guess everyone is different but I weighed 17.5 st 2 weeks ago and had spent the last month trying to loose weight and failing (like you I actually put on weight and was not impressed). As of yesterday I weigh 16.9

I spent some time on the net and came up with this,

This is what I am eating,

Breakfast - 3 x wetabix
Mid Morning - 1 apple
Dinner - chicken breast/salaf/2 slices wholemeal bread
Mid Afternoon - handfull nuts/1 x orrange
Tea - chicken breast + all the veg I can eat (usually stir fried)
Supper - 2 x rivetta

This totals up to approx 1300 calories

I am eating the same every day, no booze at all, 2 cups of tea and all the water I want.

For exercise I am doing this workout every day,

25 minutes on treadmill alternating 2 minutes running/3 minutes jogging keeping my heart rate to approx 145. According to the machine this is burning off 350 callories

Hope that helps

myth mate its just that muscle is denser so 1lb of muscle is smaller than 1 lb of fat

its the same as a ton of bricks weighs the same as a ton of feathers

But the quantity of feathers needed to weigh the same as the bricks would be a lot more. Therfore, if Dave weighed a ton of bricks instead of a ton of feathers, he would be a lot slimmer.

So it weights more then?

When comparing identical weights, of coarse they both weight the same. A tonne of nail clippings weights the same as a tonne of shit. Durrrrr.

For this thread what I put is relevant.

He's over 6 foot benni i'm sure, 6'2 I guess.

He looked very trim when we went out on monday (less so afterwards though, it was all you can eat ribs, lol)

I dont think he should lose anymore or he'll actually start loking skinny!

Are you doing the weights now? Start them as soon as if you're not.
