Right after a month of not going the Gym due to going to France to see my dad as he goes through a difficult time, iv just now been back to the gym and want to get back into the swing things.

Iv cut down the crappy foods im eating and now back on the chicken and pasta etc, but what do I need to be taking Protein shake wise and vitamins etc.

I keep looking at the shakes and I really dont know where to start, so If somebody could recomend me a brand ill just go out and buy it.
