As Paul has already said myprotein are pretty good

An alternative is also Nutrisport 90+.It has over 90% protein content per serving,highest on market and tastes pretty good with skimmed milk but ide advice getting choco flavour as the rest are a bit rank to be fair

Really depends on how much you are using mate, as in if you want to get huge then your protien intake must be very high thus a tub may only do you 2 weeks. On average though you are looking at 4 weeks.

If you want to get big then dont forget the most important foods.

Eggs, chicken, tuna, mince, milk, cheese, steak, nuts have all been part of my diet. Back in my big days I was doing 8-10 eggs for breakfast, 6 pints of skimmed milk mixed with heaps of protien powder.

I use my protien,it taste great,didnt like the chocolate orange it was a litle sweet for my taste,but the stawberry is superb,Iam just about to order another tub
anyone else have any preference to flavours which isnt too sweet

Taste has never really bothered me. If I really dont like it but know its pushing a load of protien in my body then I drink it!

Tell you what I have found helps....... hold your nose whilst drinking, seems to ease the taste....never told anyone this before so it may just be me

Try the mint choc flavour as apparently its like eating a mint aero mmmmm

the choc mint is great,but after 4-5 shakes a day it becomes sickenin,i use the strawberry and occasionally have choc mint

plus tried makin prtein bars using the choclate mint,they were fukin delish

I use CNP Pro Mass as I like it and it's what I get cheap from my gym. I am very fussy so the fact that I like it, is a big, big bonus.
