Name your favorite gym workout tunes....
...So whats everyone listening to on their I-pods or what ever when working out in the gym? Any good motivation tunes?

I find that DnB doesnt do it for me at the gym however when listening to it in the car makes me drive alot faster. LOL
Sneds - I am well mate. Just getting back into the gym after a little break due to travelling around a bit followed by a trapped nerve in my neck. Trust all is good with you?

Yeah things not too bad thnx i suppose.Going through a bit of shit at moment that im trying to deal with but apart from that everything is going ok i suppose
