whats that thing called for arm curls?
Its a metal belt/plate type thing that goes around the front of your waist with a strap that goes round your neck for doing arm curls the idea is to stop you cheating because it stop your elbows moving.
trying to find on but have no idea what they are called.........anyone?

An 80's training aid that should be left in the 80's with Bullworkers and the like imho.
Oh and those chest expanders. Not really sure how they work the chest to be honest..
