The best LEGAL way to help gain size,weight,power etc...
not into taking steds etc...but i would like to know what is best out there that gives you more power,size etc....if there is such a thing lol.
i go the gym a lot and like to take something that will benifit me a bit more,but not steroids etc..not into them one bit.
i take creatine,protien etc.... just thinking that there are a few things extra that might help.
any help would be appreiciated.

There are loads and loads of miracle pills and potions in mens mags and body building mags. I love the ones with the pics of before and after with the newspapers! lol.
None of them work for shit though. If there was an easy way there would loads of Arnies stomping around the streets and some very very rich people. They are about as effective as penis enlargement pills. These companies prey on peoples desperation to correct their insecurities.
Just get the training right, lots of rest and a good diet. Plenty of protein intake too. Most people, including myself, do not consume enough protein.

Gingy, yes there are natural bodybuilders and they have competitions for them too. It does take longer and as well as getting the above right that I mentioned you need good genes. Plus you will never get to the same size as a roid user that is doing the same thing but with the added help.
I think what people tend to forget is that getting big is not easy whether your on juice or not. Even roids aren't a wonder drug.

Dave asked if there was some legal way (ie pills) to get bigger and stronger. There isnt. Granted he will training naturally but he's obviously meaning more than just normal training. Even roids arent a sure fire way of putting on size AND keeping it.

i train quite a bit and i'm an ok size for my weight but i thought that the pills that are around that are getting sold everywhere, one or two types may have some sort of benefits to using them,maybe not.
while i train with a lots of different lads in the gym, some on the steds etc..they go bigger with them but then lose it again when they stop taking them...pointless imo,i would like to keep the muscle i put on.
oh well, if theres nothing good enough out there,i will just carry on.

Mate just keep eating and training well and watch yourself grow. I can honestly say I`ve been very tempted to take steroids but stayed away, I saw guys younger than myself and far smaller get bigger quicker on the gear. Now they have given up on training are are back to their pre-training size. Im still at it getting bigger and stronger.

I know this threads a bit old now but I've just come off a supplement called tren bombs, there legal to buy off the net and in shops but it does say on them "not for tested athletes" take that however you want, i chose to ignore it, the gains from them are amazing, i gained almost 2 stone in muscle after 6 weeks and im still ripped, i have mates who take roids and there gains havent been nearly as good, its obviously how hard you train etc but for 40 quid for a month i cant recommend them enough. Google them and see what you think.

id be careful i believe tren-bomb is a prohormone and is based on M1T which is a very toxic compound. you should also be running pct meds.

Yes your correct, Im taking milk thistle to help compensate for any "toxicity". Finished my 6 week course today and had no side effects, although a few people have complained of heartburn and acid, not sure if this is trenbomb related. I've tried a few other things like testo methox which made me a bit snappy and personally i'm very happy with the results of tren-bombs, as always with these things though you need to do research on them and decide for yourself how far you want to go. In my job im not allowed illegal steroids and stuck out in the falklands for a few months i wanted to train as hard and often as i could these just gave me the extra edge.

Unfortunatly your probably right and theres always going to be some water retention with products like these, until weight starts dropping off though i won't know how much, actual weight gained was from 11stone 2lbs (4% body fat) > 12stone 12lbs (6% body fat - just measured 5 mins ago for this post ) so i have put on some fat as well but not enough to make a massive difference. The strength gains from these are huge as well, but like i said in my previous post research it on google if your interested and decide for yourself from what others have said etc.

Easy:
Learn to squat, deadlift, romainian deadlift, lunge, pull up, chin up, inverted row, bench, db bench, inc db bench, dont use machines and avoid crunches and sit ups like the plague. Get your hips and upper back mobile enough to lift properly using stretching Lift between either 4-6rm w/ 3 min rest 2 days per week, and 8-12rm w/ 1 min rest the other 2 days. Reduce training volume every forth week by around 50% to recover and unload.
