What food to eat...
My daily food intake at the min..
8 protine shake
12 dinner, chicken sarnie or tuna.
6.30-8.00 gym
home at half 8 .protine shake ,then tuna pasta,or chicken/turkey with rice....
Just want some advice what else is good for bulking up, cheers

Right im going to try these. that home made thing sounds hardcore,fill me up for a week Oats are they same as porrige oats? cheers what sort of meals should i have,is it ok to just eat this food or do i need anything else

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
its hard getting used to eating when your not hungry.
Today i have eaten
07.30 Multi grain ceriel & protein shake
08.30 Egg & bacon brown bun / Protein bar / 1ltr water (after walking 1.5 miles to work)(The RS keeps warm in the garage)
11.00 Pasta with chicken in a tomato sauce with jalepenos
13.30 Tuna sandwiches
16.30 protein shake
17.30 GYM
18.30 Amino drink / Protein shake
20.00 Beef burgers with a pasta n sauce
Then ill have a protein shake at 10 before bed ready for work tomorrow.
Some days i have 6 protein shakes just when ever i fancy one.

Today
6.00am banana
6.05am 30min jogging with the dog
6.45am 100g oats, 4 eggs, 2 scoops whey, 500ml milk
8.00am 4 weetibix
10.00am 6 oatcakes, 300g cottage cheese
12.00pm fruit
1.00pm 100g pasta, turkey mince, salad, mayo
3.00pm tin of pilchards, 3 oatcakes, orange
4.00pm 2 scoops whey, 2 eggs
4.30pm trained
6.00pm 2 scoops whey, 1 scoops dextrose
7.30pm baked spud, spag bol, veg
9.30pm 100g rice, tin of tuna
6-8 pints of water throughout the day.
It doesn't need to cost alot mate at all. Cheaper than ready meals/takeaways!
This was todays diet, obviously it's not the same everyday! mix the protien/carb sources about, change chicken for salmon etc
Sat/Sun I don't stick to this I dirty bulk lol, also I like a drink the weekends.

Cheeers mate, im going through a hard time at the min split up with bird of 3 yrs for good.... so am going to the gym 5 nights a week to keep my head free from her,just want to grow really, im 5.8 and 11 stone so pretty small
