Default Weighing ingredients (protein shakes etc)

Ok without sounding stupid or buying an entire weighing scale setup...... how can I measure 30g and 100g ?! Or better still, what do you use to get the correct amounts into your shakes?

Most protein supplements etc come with measuring scoops mate.

dig deep.. my 5lb tub from myprotein had the scoop buried right at the bottom
