Default advice on losing abit of weight please

basicly im 22 and got abit of a belly on me,diet consists of pizzas,chips,bread,burgers ect.now im not kean on the gym but ive started going out running but was just wondering if someone could tell me what i should be eating throughout the day.cheers

Basically you want to be eating food with no minimal to no carbs at all to shift the weight and to shift it fast.
